Grace is a highly experienced educator with a demonstrated history of
working in the teaching industry. She is trained in the teaching of English
Language, English Literature, Music Composition, Music Performance, as
well as being skilled in Curriculum Design and Planning.
An education professional with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language
and Literature/Letters from National University of Singapore and Masters
in Sacred Music (M.S.M) from Graduate Theological Foundation of Oklahoma,
United States, she is also skilled in Pedagogy, being the recipient of
the MOE Teaching Scholarship and obtained a PGDE from the National Institute
of Education (Singapore) in 2004.
Prior to being in Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Grace has been teaching in Anglo-Chinese
School (Independent), Raffles Institution (Junior College) as well as at
her alma-mater, Tanjong Katong Girls’ School.
Having taught in various institutions, she has a wide-ranging experience in her field of expertise. She also performs regularly as a pianist and singer and arranges music as a pastime.
