Students are issued NPNet accounts in your enrolment package for access to Connect Email, POLITEMall (BrightSpace), NPal Student and other NP systems.
I need to change my password
You can change your password via the Change Password link.
I forgot my password and need to reset it
You can reset your password via the Reset Password link. The service will challenge you for your student number and personal email address registered in NPal Student.
I need further assistance
Alternatively, you may visit the IT Helpdesk at Blk 1, Level 1, #01-16 or email to itcare@connect.np.edu.sg if you have not registered your personal email address in NPal Student or cannot remember the registered personal email address.
