I misplaced the notebook I registered with and need to install software on my new notebook
Please submit an online declaration for replacement and start by clicking on new item.
Fill in your details and the reason for replacement.
Once done click on Save and email the screenshot of your submission to itcare@connect.np.edu.sg . Upon verification by the ServiceDesk, your old notebook will be de-registered. Proceed to register and install the required software on your new notebook.
