The message 'Please wait' is appearing for a long time in the client program

If your course requires multiple software to be installed, the list may take a while to populate in the client program. Please be patient and wait for a few minutes.

After about 3-5 minutes, the message "Please wait" should disappear and you will see the list of software. You can only install one software at a time.
