I am a microbiologist, biotechnologist, fermentation technologist, lecturer, CET trainer, safety trainer and an ACE Certified Fitness Trainer.

I have more than 33 years of teaching experience combined with skills in academic leadership, curriculum development and review and marketing. My teaching experience includes training in Microbiology, Biopharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, GMP, Food Safety, , Biochemical Engineering, Reaction Engineering, Analytical Instrumentation, Organic Chemistry, Cell Culture, Physiology, Contamination Control, Hazardous substances, Biosafety, Risk Assessment, Chemical and Fire Safety and Incident investigation.

I enjoy solving problems and understanding the root cause of complex issues.

​My research interests are in the development of healthcare analytics, probiotic and pre-biotic based products for nutraceutical, health care and cosmetic products.
