	A good educator is one that is sincere to the students and passionate about his teaching. If we are not passionate about what we are teaching, how can we expect the students to show interest? We must also be aware that every student is different and unique in their own way. We should always make an effort to understand them as individuals. This is why learning is a two-way street. By understanding this, educators will be able to evolve and stay in touch with the students.
