Clear Cache
Guide on clearing browser cache to resolve NPal Student access issues across different browsers.
You can clear your browser’s cache manually after each session by following these steps:
For Internet Explorer:
Step-by-step instructions to clear browser cache (Internet Explorer).
1. | Click the Gear icon on the browser toolbar and select Internet Options. |
2. | In the General Tab, click on Delete button. |
3. | Click to check the box next to "Temporary Internet Files..." and "Cookies and website data". |
4. | Click on Delete button. |
For Edge:

1. | Click the Wrench icon on the browser toolbar and select Settings. |
2. | Under Clear Browsing data, click on Choose what to clear. |
3. | Click to check the box next to "Cookies and saved website data" and "Cached data and files". |
4. | Click on Clear button |
For Firefox:

1. | Click the Wrench icon on the browser toolbar and select Options. |
2. | Go to Privacy & Security section. |
3. | Click to check the box next to "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed". |
4. | Click on Clear Data button. |
5. | Click to check the box next to "Cookies and Site Date" and "Cached Web Content". |
6. | Click on Clear button. |
For Google Chrome:

1. | Click the Wrench icon on the browser toolbar and select More tools -> Clearing browsing data... |
2. | Select Time Range. |
3. | Check all the checkboxes. |
4. | Click on Clear data button. |
For Safari (Mac OS):
