Skype for Business meeting in Outlook is a great tool to schedule online meetings. Skype for Business meeting supports both video and audio conference, plus the sharing of the computer's desktop or program which makes online meeting as interactive as traditional face to face meeting.
Before you can schedule Skype for Business meeting in Outlook, you have to sign in to your Skype for Business account. To login to your Skype for Business, just key in your short NP email address and NPNet password.
You can start setting up Skype for Business meeting in your Outlook by going to the Calendar section, and click on 'New Skype Meeting'. Meeting organizer would have to indicate the attendees' email address and a name for the meeting. Also, the organizer can attach relevant files or documents to the meeting invite.
Once the invite is sent out, attendees will receive an meeting invitation email as shown below:-

To download the mSTAFF app, you would need to use a 'QR code scanner' app to scan the mSTAFF QR code. Please download any QR code scanner app from App Store (for iOS devices) or Play Store (for Android devices) if your device does not have one.

Phishing is the attempt to obtain sensitive information like names, passwords and credit card information, often for malicious intent. Nowadays, phishing emails also contain malicious program called ransomware.
Ransomware can disable your computer or lock up your files until you pay the attacker the ransom demanded.
Protect yourself. Look out for tell-tale signs to help you identify phishing emails.
