Coming soon in Mid Oct 2016, we will be launching NPal2 mStaff mobile app.
NPal2 mStaff is an extension of NPal2 Staff Self-Service which is to provide a more user-friendly experience while using essential NP e-Services. This service is offered to NP staff using Android and iOS mobile devices with Internet access.
This first version of NPal2 mStaff allows you to view your Leave Transactions, Apply & Approve Leave, Search for Staff contact and Acknowledge Teaching Claims.
NPal2 mStaff can be downloaded from Play Store for users of Android devices.
For iOS users, due to Apple's Policy, we have to publish our internal app on a separate URL instead of App Store. You will be able to access the URL on the NPal2 login page for installation on your mobile devices. We will announce the URL when ready.
More features will be rolled out progressively. Please keep an eye out for our next release that will include Training application, Wellbeing Activities and other Staff Claim submission.
MyInfo is a consent-based data platform from the Government that will assist you to fill out e-forms. This platform pulls your personal data from participating Government agencies (HDB, MOM etc.) which will then be used to fill e-forms more conveniently.
As consent is required when using MyInfo, you would be able to choose when to actually use the data platform to fill in your e-forms.

Staff are reminded to protect sensitive office documents with the Microsoft RMS. NP's RMS is upgraded to Azure RMS, which now allows authorized external recipients to access your RMS-protected documents by signing-in with their corporate account.
To protect your document with Azure RMS or to read an RMS-protected document, NP staff will need to sign in to their Microsoft Office with their short email address and NPNet password (by clicking on "Sign in" on the top-right).
To grant your colleagues access rights, simply add their short NP email addresses (eg: email@example.com) in the RMS and select their permission rights.
