We have successfully enforced Network Access Control (NAC) on our staff computers. You may see the following pop-up message when you switch connection - between wired and wireless or between wireless and VPN.
The pop-up message is indicating that the CyberGateKeeper Agent is verifying your network connection and this should not affect your network access.
If you encounter any network issue, please contact the Helpdesk for assistance.

All staff mailboxes and mailing groups have been migrated as of 3 Apr 2016.
In the coming weeks, we will be implementing the staff photos in Contact Cards, Government email naming standard convention and Azure RMS encryption.
Colleagues are advised to download and setup the BIG-IP Edge Client app to connect to NP VPN

After installing, you have to configure the server address based on the network you are connected to.
If you are connected to NPWireless or NPWirelessx, please key in the following server address: https://npvpn.np.edu.sg/staffcampus
If you are connected to other WiFi network, 4G/LTE, or your home network, please key in the following server address: https://npvpn.np.edu.sg/staffinternet
