NPNet Account
Students are issued NPNet accounts in your enrolment package for access to Connect Email, POLITEMall (BrightSpace), NPal Student and other NP systems.
I need to change my password
You can change your password via the Change Password link.
I forgot my password and need to reset it
You can reset your password via the Reset Password link. The service will challenge you for your student number, NRIC/FIN number, date of birth and personal email address registered in NPal Student.
I need further assistance
Alternatively, you may visit the IT Helpdesk at Blk 27 #01-01 or email to itcare@connect.np.edu.sg if you have not registered your personal email address in NPal Student or cannot remember the registered personal email address.
