Unable to Login to eMail from Outlook Client?
One of commonly encountered reason is :
Incorrect username entered at the Outlook login screen. Please enter your full emaill address, that is
<NPNetID>@np.edu.sg (e.g. email@example.com)
i) If the username is incorrect, you may click on
“More choices” and follow the next
few steps to enter the correct username.
ii) Select "Use a different account"
iii) Key in your NP email address and NPNet password.
Click “OK” to login to Outlook email.
Important Actions to Take after Changing your NPNet Password
Our NPNet account password expires every 90 days, and once we have changed our NPNet password, it is important to perform the following actions to update old/expired credentials in our computers or devices:
1) Update “NPWirelessx” password, else your device(s) will not be able to connect.
Forget “NPWirelessx” Wi-Fi settings on your Notebook or other mobile device(s) and
re-enter your NPNet password changed.

2) Check Windows’s Credential Manager for any stored credentials. Remove all the
store credentials. Refer to
